Once vehicles are booked in for collection, Carcycle endeavours to have it collected within 48 business hours, or at your preferred nominated date.
Customers retain & remove their number plates at the time of collection & resolve cancelling their registration with VicRoads. If the car is out of rego and plates are left on we ensure these are scrapped at our premises.
Carcycle services vehicle collections over most of Greater Melbourne – from Colac, to Bendigo, to Traralgon, to Leongatha and everything in between.
At the time of booking, payments can either be nominated as bank transfer or as company cheque.
Payment is initiated at the time of pick up. Bank transfers can take up to 24 business hours to clear depending on banking institutions.
Not necessarily. As long as the vehicle is accessible by a tow truck, arrangements can be made with regard to exchange of keys, paperwork & payment.
Generally not, though photos can be sent for consideration.
Unfortunately not. Carcycle only collects vehicles & the parts that pertain to them.
